Reflections & Mirages
Alice searched on the other side of the mirror.
Peter Pan was worried about his shaddow.
Sometimes it is difficult to know
what is reflection and what is reality.
The mirror sends us back our opposite.
The wave is constantly in motion and plays with images.
Glass is ever-changing and fickle,
it captures passing colours.
The shadow slides across the walls it covers.
Reflection where is your reality ?
What is your mystery ?
Why so many sweet hesitations
in your ephemeral art ?
Is it a key, a code for the spirit to escape so that
the soul can fly away behond the rigors of
appearance ?
Is it a game ? Is it a prayer ?
Should we discern a message in your roughly outlined
moments ?
Or divine some future event, or even a moment
already relived ?
Reflections, draw from our images
all your passing inspirations.
Paint our planet with the colours
of your elusive magic.
For us they will remain
the doorway to our dreams.
